BVSD PreSchool Enrichment (PSE) supports what three- and four-year-olds learn in the Integrated Preschool Program. Pre-literacy and pre-math activities are joined by outside fun, relationship building and extended creative projects. Our Supervisors foster children's natural curiosity and encourage them to practice problem solving while they play.

Where can I find more detailed information about BVSD's Child Care programs?
BVSD Community Schools is committed to ensuring every family in need of child care receives that care. We will work with families on an individual basis during this ever-changing and challenging time. Please contact us at bvsd.childcare@bvsd.org with any questions. We have a bilingual specialist on staff to support our Spanish speaking families.
The BVSD Community Schools Licensed Child Care Handbook Fall 2020 and the Winter 20/21 Handbook provide relevant links, protocols and other details for ALL licensed child care programs (EC, PSE, SAC, YMCA, ECE) operating in BVSD schools in 2020-21. The handbook is subject to revisions as necessitated by public health and the changing nature of the pandemic caused by COVID-19. Our partners, including Boulder County Public Health, Children's Hospital and the YMCA, also have access to this handbook.

How can I find more CCAP information?
The Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) provides financial assistance to eligible low-income families who need child care benefits for children from birth to age 12. If you are eligible, a portion of the total child care cost will be paid. You can find the CCAP checklist to submit to BVSD Child Care here.
