Schedule Change Request Updates and Information

Here is some important information for families interested in learning more about our SAC schedule change request process.

When considering a schedule change, you may request to move from full-time to 2- or 3-day part-time or vice-versa. Please note that full-time schedules remain the priority, and we will utilize the schedule change request timestamps as additional criteria.

Important Information and Dates

• You may submit your request form starting Oct. 1 at 8:00 a.m. through Oct. 10. At 3:00 p.m.
• Links to the schedule change request form will be available below from October 1, 2024 at 8:00 a.m. until 3:00pm on October 10.
• The SAC Enrollment Team will review requests between Oct 11 - Oct 18. 
• Communications with families regarding schedule change requests will take place between Oct 21 - Oct 31. 
• The SAC Enrollment Team will reach out to you if we have any specific questions. 
• If an offer is made you will have 24 hours to accept.
• Any modifications to your current SAC schedule would be confirmed with you before any changes are made.
• If your schedule change is approved, we will inform you of your new schedule start date. 
• There will be a $25 schedule change fee if your request is approved. 
• This is the only opportunity to make a schedule change request through the end of the 2024-25 school year.
